In 2017, British activist Jagtar made his way to India to get married.

Just three weeks after his wedding, Jagtar was abducted, tortured, and forced to ‘confess’ to trumped up political charges.

Jagtar remains locked up today - facing the threat of the death penalty - far from his home in Dumbarton, Scotland.
